RETURNS POLICY

To drop off your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate your return through our Returns Portal and select the drop-off option.
  2. Receive a QR code via email.
  3. Bring your merchandise in original packaging to any authorized drop-off location.
  4. Your refund will be initiated promptly upon drop-off. Exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost.
  5. Returned items are transported to our warehouses in reusable packaging, supporting more sustainable practices.

To mail your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate your return through our Returns Portal and select the mail-in option.
  2. Print the pre-paid shipping label and affix it to your package.
  3. Ship your unworn, unaltered merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
  4. Processing may take up to three weeks after we receive your package. You will be notified upon approval. If an exchange item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
  5. Only use the return label provided. We cannot refund lost packages shipped with other labels.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Exchanged items ship at no additional cost. Exchanges are permitted for the same style or a different color within the same product category, of equal or lesser value. Price differences for lower-value exchanges are not refunded. Promotional discounts applied to the original order will be honored on exchanges.

We cannot exchange for different styles. For other styles, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cobbler Road is not responsible for items until they are received at our warehouse. Customers mailing returns are responsible for the safe transit of their packages. Merchandise must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Certain oversized items (boxes exceeding 20″x16″) are not eligible for drop-off returns and must be returned by mail.

Return requests expire if items are not shipped or dropped off within 14 days of initiation.

A limit of nine items per return applies to drop-off returns. Returns containing ten or more items must be shipped by mail or split into separate returns.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please initiate a return through our Returns Portal and include a description of the issue. Our team will review your request.
